CodingPhase taught me valuable skills in Web content management, HTML&CSS, email development, and email marketing. With their courses and projects, I was able to build a strong portfolio that helped me showcase my skills to eventually land a job. The practical experience and guidance from CodingPhase was really helpful for my journey in navigating through a tough job market. Things such as using video to showcase email marketing skills, the overall structure of my portfolio, showcasing projects that are common in the job you're pursuing and much more were very helpful for me. Not to mention weekly accountability meetings where I can show the projects I'm working on and get feedback to further improve them were helpful as well. And last, a piece of advice that was really helpful for me was to be open minded in terms of what position to get because there might be alot of attention to one particular role which can create a lot of competition but there are other entry level roles that you can get into that don't get as much attention and are easier to get into. At the end of the day it's not necessarily about what language or tool you use to build something, what's important is to build something that's actually going to benefit someone or a business. Anyways I'm thankful for this platform and everything that I've learned from it and my best piece of advice is to always think outside the box, build real-world projects and keep putting yourself out there.
