We offer a 7-day risk-free money back guarantee for all course purchases. If you are not satisfied with the service for any reason, you can request a refund within 7 days of making a purchase. To request a refund, please contact us at admin@codingphase.com. Once we receive your request, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Refund policy on Subscription:

For subscriptions, we offer a 7-day risk-free money back guarantee on your first payment. If you are not satisfied with the service for any reason, you can request a refund within 7 days of making your first payment. Anything beyond the first payment is not eligible for a refund. Please note that as a subscriber, you will be charged on a monthly or yearly basis depending on the plan you choose. It is the customer's responsibility to cancel their subscription before their account renews.

How to cancel:

To cancel your subscription, you need to contact us at admin@codingphase.com. If you have a legacy account (2021 or older) and signed up directly through teachable, you can also cancel your subscription manually through your account settings.

If you still have access to the courses or subscription, your account is still active at this point. Please email us at admin@codingphase.com to ensure that your account is canceled.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we believe that our services have been abused, misused, or excessively accessed. We also reserve the right to modify or update our refund policy at any time. We will post any changes to our website, and your continued use of our services will constitute your agreement to the updated policy.
