The structured career paths on codingphase.com are a great way to know what you need to get hired fast! The ability to jump to a different career path without starting from zero is a great benefit. I enjoyed the teaching style. Allowing you to see how a Sr. Dev would tackle a bug gives you an insight on how to start thinking when resolving coding issues.
My job search took about a month and a half. I faced a lot of rejection ( expected ) and some maybes. From the few interviews, I made sure to come out more knowledgeable for the next one. Reviewing my performance was a crucial part of my eventual YES. My first and last interviews are like night and day. My advice is, don’t give up and continue to improve your strengths AND weaknesses.
