You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activity under it.

4. Payments, Subscriptions, and Billing

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not provide refunds for prior charges.

CodingPhase offers a limited seven (7) day money-back guarantee for initial purchases.

You may request a refund within seven (7) calendar days of your initial purchase by contacting admin@codingphase.com.

Eligibility Requirements

• Request submitted within 7 days
• Account in good standing
• No evidence of abuse, excessive usage, or content extraction

Non-Refundable Situations

• Requests after 7 days
• Failure to cancel subscriptions
• Account sharing or misuse
• Downloading or redistributing content
• Fraud or abuse
• Chargebacks already initiated

Refunds apply only to the initial purchase. Renewals are non-refundable.

Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback may result in account termination and loss of access. We reserve the right to pursue recovery of funds.

Right to Deny Refunds. We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or excessive consumption of content.

5. Intellectual Property

All content is owned by CodingPhase and protected by law.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only.

You may NOT:

• Resell or redistribute content
• Share accounts
• Upload materials elsewhere
• Create competing products

6. AI Tools

AI-generated content may not be accurate or reliable. You are responsible for how you use it.

We are not liable for decisions made using AI outputs.

7. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee job placement, income, or success. Results vary based on individual effort and external factors.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in harmful behavior.

9. Certificates

Certificates are issued based on internal criteria and are not accredited. We may revoke certificates at any time.

10. Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for third-party services integrated into the platform.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

CodingPhase shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of income or data.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the previous three (3) months.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CodingPhase from any claims arising from your use of the Service.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access at any time without notice or refund.

15. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Florida.

You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

17. Force Majeure

We are not liable for events beyond our control, including outages or disasters.

18. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

19. Entire Agreement
