You was a Black dude from the hood doing it big, and I was like, “Finally, somebody that look like me teaching this stuff!” I’m from Memphis, TN, and back then I was out here coding for little mom-and-pop shops and doing C2C gigs — building some ugly websites, bro, like “please don’t refresh the page” ugly. But once I started following you and doing everything you taught, my whole career took off! I started coding in 2012, but back then, man, there was no good teaching that actually broke things down. Then I found you in 2018, started buying your courses, and it was straight to the moon after that I followed your advice word for word — no degree, no certs — and it helped me start my own business doing Full Stack Development, marketing, and email dev. Plus, your emphasis on secure coding changed the game for me. You said most people still don’t do it — and you were right, bro! Now I’m working as an Agentic AI Engineer and GRC Engineer, basically coding and cybersecurity at the same time. I lived in the Dominican Republic for about two years (my second home now), and me and my wife live in Brazil right and traveling South America Still watching your videos, bro — it’s so much fun working for myself now.
